The working with bushings meant so far one big disadvantage. You had no possibility to preposition the boring bar holder on the machine.
Here the inner cooling serial of EWS offers advantages in two ways:
- Possibility of adjusting boring bar holders with a fixing screw, this means adjustment of position and length.
- A coolant nozzle inserted tightly at the mounting bore directs the bore emulsion to where its needed.
